We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales Executive** to promote and sell our café products in bulk to **apartments, cafés, theatres, corporate offices, and event organizers**. This role involves lead generation, relationship management, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation & Market Coverage**
- Identify and visit **apartments, cafés, theatres, corporate offices, and event venues, college canteens** to pitch our café products.
- Develop and maintain a **strong pipeline of potential clients** for bulk sales.
- Conduct cold calls, meetings, and follow-ups to secure new business.
**2. Sales and Revenue Generation**
- Achieve **monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets** in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement **sales strategies** to increase product penetration and market share.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
**3. Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain **long-term relationships** with clients for repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure **customer satisfaction** and address any concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to explore new business opportunities.
**4. Merchandising & Brand Visibility**
- Ensure **proper product placement, visibility, and stock availability** at partner locations.
- Execute promotional activities, product launches, and brand awareness campaigns.
**5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis**
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide strategic insights.
- Collect customer feedback on products, pricing, and promotions for business improvement.
**6. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain **accurate records** of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Prepare and submit **daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports** to the management team.
**Key Requirements**:
✔ 2-3 years of experience in **B2B sales, field sales, or institutional sales**
✔ **Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler & valid driving license**
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with **extensive field travel**
