**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven freshers to join our team as Marketing Telecallers. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, lead generation, and marketing campaigns. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce our products/services and highlight their benefits.
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update the customer database.
- Schedule appointments and share qualified leads with the sales team
- Handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Confidence in handling conversations and convincing customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.

**Preferred**:

- Exposure to B2C calling environments.
- Interest in sales, marketing, or digital engagement.
