Key Responsibilities:
Design & Fabrication:
Create and modify dies, moulds, and jigs as required for buckle production.

Use CAD software to draft detailed design plans and update them as necessary.

Collaborate with the production and quality teams to ensure tooling meets all standards and requirements.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of dies, tools, and moulds to ensure longevity and prevent breakdowns.

Diagnose and repair any issues or malfunctions with tools and dies, minimizing downtime in production.

Implement and maintain an inventory of spare parts and components for timely replacements.

Operational Support:
Work closely with machine operators to ensure correct tool setup and troubleshoot as needed.

Monitor the production process to maintain accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Recommend process improvements and identify ways to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

Quality Control:
Ensure that all tools and dies conform to company standards and specifications.

Assist with quality assurance checks and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Document modifications or adjustments made to tooling for future reference.

**Requirements**:
Education: Diploma in Tool, Die & Mould Making (DTDM) or a similar certification in tool design and moulding.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a buckle or belt accessory factory.

**Skills**:Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of die and mould maintenance, assembly, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of various metals and plastics used in mould and tool fabrication.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a buckle, belt, or accessory manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and 5S standards.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
