**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Identify, design, model and implement database work products/solutions including controlling scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes. Must have solid hand-on with on-premises and cloud-based database implementation models
- Analyze existing admin systems, understands business requirements, create HIPAA compliant logical/physical designs for the DBs and contribute towards drafting functional requirements into technical artifacts
- Lead the discovery and development of new methods and models using a broad range of data modeling and analysis techniques. Should be capable to integrate distinct database models
- Provide recommendations and guidance to project leads based on insights gleaned from data
- Effectively direct, manage and plan the operational, functional, technical and administrative activities to support ongoing delivery of services and/or operations
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with our broader product teams, while supporting ad-hoc analytics where needed
- Be able to design and implement effective analytics solutions and models with Snowflake
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). **Required Qualifications**:

- Solid experience in predictive modelling/ forecasting and drawing insights from data
- Solid experience developing production-level code in Python and / or R
- Solid SQL programming with the ability to perform effective and efficient querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
- Experience in working within Agile methodology
- Proven good problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s/ Btech in a heavily technical discipline
- Experience working as part of an agile delivery model
- Experience with object-oriented programming and unit tests
- Experience or knowledge in Azure
- Experience or knowledge in Databricks
- Experience or knowledge in Snowflake
- Experience or knowledge in LLM
- SQL - Advanced skills/experience
- Python - Advanced skills/experience
- Data Science Modeling experience
- Proven excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Proven solid ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously
- Proven to be a self-starter able to work productively without a lot of oversight
