Job Title:
Process Executive

**Job Description**:

- Data Entry and Processing:

- Accurately enter and process data into relevant systems or databases.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness to maintain data integrity.
- Document Handling:

- Sort, categorize, and organize documents and records as per process requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, retrieval, and archival of documents.
- Task Coordination:

- Collaborate with team members to distribute tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor task progress and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
- Quality Assurance:

- Perform quality checks on processed data and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Identify and rectify errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies in a timely manner.
- Communication:

- Maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and supervisors.
- Provide regular updates on task status, challenges, and potential improvements.
- Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Compliance and Security:

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data security protocols.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain reports related to task completion, error rates, and process performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

When Petpooja’s first avatar came into being in 2011, it was a simple B2B food delivery model that took bulk food orders from the corporates & passed them forward to the restaurants. But soon, our founders realised that the restaurants they worked with were not living up to their potential and were shutting down forever. Due to this, the restaurants never had an actual estimate of their profit margins & expenses. Back then, restaurants were suffering more than growing.
This was when our founders decided to build a robust, user-friendly & cost-effective billing software for SMB restaurants that will automate everyday operations and push businesses towards sustainability.
And now, a decade into the industry, we have realized our dream of becoming the ideal restaurant billing solution provider to all & every kind of food service business in India.
