**Experience**:MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology (1-2years of experience/ Freshers, provided they pass our training regimen)

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Research and Development
- Understand and Simplify Medical Studies: Read, interpret, and explain complex medical studies related to VELscan and DNA Ploidy tests in simple, relatable language using analogies for non-technical audiences.
- Stay Updated on Current Advancements: Continuously research and understand the latest developments in VELscan and DNA Ploidy testing and integrate them into current practices.
- Design and Execute Studies: Plan, design, and conduct studies focused on VELscan and DNA Ploidy tests to contribute to human knowledge. Ensure studies are published in reputable journals.
- Knowledge Dissemination and Communication
- Explain Complex Concepts: Break down technical details of VELscan and DNA Ploidy tests into simple, accurate, and engaging content for common people.
- Develop Marketing Content: Create compelling marketing materials (e.g., brochures, videos, social media posts) for various platforms to promote VELscan and DNA Ploidy tests.
- Training and Education
- Train Professionals: Provide training sessions for healthcare professionals on the use of VELscan and DNA Ploidy tests and their interpretation.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): Develop and deliver CME programs to ensure healthcare professionals stay updated on the latest advancements in VELscan and DNA Ploidy testing.
