**Trainer**: Our trainer is an MBA, CFA (US), and has15+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Valuations, Financial Modelling, M&A consulting Funding, Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), Due Diligence, Business Planning, and investor Pitch deck preparation.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop a relationship with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationship
- Negotiate and communicate terms to clients
- Maintain contact with organisation like IB banks, consulting firms, PE, Hedge fund companies, VC and others
- Identify new Business opportunities
- Reform Social Media portals like Linked In, FB, Instagram, etc
- Prepare a database of placement in various domains of finance
- Keep track of every student on their learning, performance measurement, market readiness, and any further training needs identification

**Qualifications and Skills required**:

- Graduation and Post Graduation (HR, Marketing, IB, Finance, Operations)
- 0-3 Years of experience
- Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi) and Management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
