**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research, be the driving force in planning, monitoring, and executing content campaigns while maintaining alignment with our brand voice and authority.
- Identify opportunities to engage our audience, brainstorming innovative ways to nurture them into becoming clients.
- Empathize with the experiences of top industry professionals, understanding their daily challenges, goals, and unique problems.
- Analyze incoming traffic and leads, strategizing conversion techniques for optimal results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise new content plans and maximize the impact of existing content on our website.
- Create engaging content for our website, blog that is consistent with the company's brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and cohesive content that aligns with the brand's aesthetics.
- Analyzing content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate customer needs
- Creating, adjusting, and managing the content calendar
- Establishing style guides that specify the writing style and tone needed to create engaging content
- Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research

**Required Skills**:

- Expertise in planning content and inbound funnels, coupled with a passion for experimenting and a relentless obsession with analysis.
- In-depth understanding of user journeys, from top-of-the-funnel engagement to bottom-of-the-funnel conversions.
- Basic SEO Knowledge.
- Strong skills in audience and target market research, including an understanding of brand positioning and value propositions.

**Communication and business behavior**:

- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to operate in a fast moving, high growth, entrepreneurial environment, has good communication skills and timely reporting as required.
- Ability to ensure full legal and ethical compliance and conduct of business at all times and under all circumstances.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in content marketing.
- Resourceful team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing skills and a track record of effective analysis, planning, and reporting.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
