**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive **Telecollection Executive** to join our collections team. The primary responsibility will be to contact customers via phone to recover pending dues and ensure timely collections while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
- Remind and persuade customers to pay pending bills/loans within deadlines.
- Provide account information and explain repayment options or settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and customer commitments.
- Escalate unresolved issues or high-risk accounts to the concerned department.
- Work closely with the accounts or legal team when needed.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
- Handle customer queries or objections professionally and ethically.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in collections or telecalling is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
- Good listening skills and the ability to handle pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or collection software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
