**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facility Operations Management**: Ensure the effective and efficient operation of facilities by coordinating maintenance schedules, overseeing facility inspections, and managing repairs and improvements.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure that all facilities are compliant with local laws, regulations, and company policies regarding health, safety, and environmental standards.
- **Space Planning & Coordination**: Assist with the planning and allocation of office spaces, ensuring they meet employee needs and operational requirements.
- **Budget Management**: Track and report on expenses related to facility maintenance and improvement projects, helping to manage the budget for facility operations effectively.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the inventory of facility-related supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and orders are placed in a timely manner.
- **Project Coordination**: Support the planning and execution of renovation or office relocation projects, ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records for all maintenance and service activities, including repairs, inspections, and vendor contracts.
- **Communication**: Serve as the point of contact for internal departments and external service providers regarding facility-related matters.
- **Sustainability Initiatives**: Assist in implementing and promoting sustainability initiatives within the facilities, such as energy efficiency and waste reduction programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
