Office Administrator

**Administrative Support**:
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- **Facilities Management**:
- Oversee office maintenance, including coordinating repairs, cleaning, and security.
- Manage office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and computers.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for all employees.
- **Human Resources Assistance**:
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and update databases.
- Coordinate employee benefits and leave requests.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
- Assist with payroll administration.
- Monitor office budgets and expenses.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff when necessary.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Liaise with other departments and external partners.
- Foster positive relationships within the organization.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
