Co-ordinate & Oversee day-to-day execution of Residential Interior work at Site as per Desired Quality in stipulated time period

**Qualification**:

- Diploma (Civil) / Interior Design Diploma

**Desired Experience **- 2-6 Years of managing Residential Interior Work

**Desired Skills -**:

- Good Communication Skills
- Technical Knowledge of High end Residential Interior Work
- Should be able to read/identify issues/queries in Drawings/Schedule

**Job Profile-**:

- Monitor day-to-day on site work & track the same as per Project Schedule
- Ensure on site execution of works at Site as per correct Drawings / Details received from Designer
- Track, requisite & check the quality of the Material delivered at site; plan inventory & make sure, the use of correct material as shown in drawings
- Delivery co-ordination with Stakeholders for Modular and other readymade furniture which will be delivered at site
- Ensure Execution at Sites as per Standard ensure execution process
- Prepare & share Daily Project updates with Project Manager as per Standard formats
- Highlight/raise execution related issue to Project Manager to avoid any Escalation
