Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs to design & develop engaging, learner-centric eLearning materials.- Translate complex concepts and processes into simple, interactive learning modules.- Create high-quality multimedia content, including videos, infographics, simulations, and animations.- Regularly review & update existing learning materials to maintain relevance and accuracy.- Ensure all instructional content adheres to organizational brand guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.- Utilize modern instructional design methodologies, including adult learning principles, to create impactful learning experiences.- Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules to ensure compatibility with LMS platforms and content standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).- Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in instructional design and technologies.

Expected Skills & Experience:
- Graduate in Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field.- 2-6 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning content development.- Proficiency in instructional theories, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.- Expertise in eLearning tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, or Adobe Captivate.- Basic knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other content compatibility standards.- Experience with multimedia content creation, including video editing, audio narration, and animation tools.- Strong written and verbal communication skills for content development and collaboration.- Creativity in designing interactive and engaging learning experiences.- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
