This is to inform you that The Rising Medicate Hospital have current job openings for the position of **X-Ray Technician**

**Positions: X-Ray Technician _Female & Male (Both Preferred)**

**Open Position 05**

**Qualification & Experience**

Diploma in Radiography from recognized university.

**Experience**

At least 2 years technical experience in a reputed

Diagnostic laboratory / Hospital.

Language: MARATHI, HINDI & ENGLISH will be good for understanding.

**Broad Function**

**a.** To take X Rays of OPD and IPD directed patients
- Carrying out procedures as per the SOP and instruct the patient in simple language.
- In case of female patients in the reproductive age group confirm her LMP and make sure no pregnant female is exposed to the radiation.
- To develop films and send the x ray films for reporting to the radiologist.
- For bed ridden patients portable X Rays are taken (ICU and wards).
- Complete the patient arrival procedure in SRIT.

Informing the Doctor / bio medical engineer of instrument break-down, or other impediments in working structure.

**Principal Responsibilities**

1. Call bio-medical engineer immediately to report break-downs.

2. To minimize the radiation dosage to the patients by insuring the films exposed

are of desired imaging factors and need not be repeated.

Maintains proper records in the department.

To Following Safety Rules & Regulation In ERB.

To Minimize Waiting Period For X-ray. & X- ray Report.
