Packing Helper

Key Responsibilities:
Packing Assistance: Assist in the packing and labeling of products according to specified guidelines. This may involve wrapping, boxing, or palletizing items for shipment.

Quality Control: Inspect products for any damage, defects, or discrepancies during the packing process. Report any issues to the supervisor or relevant personnel to ensure that only high-quality products are packed.

Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and assist in organizing and maintaining stock in the designated storage areas. This includes conducting regular stock counts and notifying the supervisor of any shortages or excesses.

Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. This includes using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), handling hazardous materials (if applicable) with care, and reporting any safety hazards or incidents immediately.

Equipment Operation: Operate packaging machinery, such as sealing machines, shrink-wrap machines, or labeling devices, under the guidance of trained personnel. Ensure that equipment is used correctly and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork or electronic records related to packing activities, such as packing lists, shipment records, or quality control forms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for reference and auditing purposes.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors, packers, and warehouse personnel, to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. Communicate effectively and cooperate to meet production deadlines and customer requirements.

Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area. Clean workstations, remove packaging debris, and ensure that packing materials and supplies are properly stored.

Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
