Key Responsibilities:

- **Receiving and Processing Inventory**:

- Receiving shipments from suppliers, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Unpacking and labeling incoming materials, ensuring they are properly identified and stored.
- Sorting and organizing incoming materials according to company standards.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and movement, including updating inventory systems and databases.
- Assisting in conducting periodic inventory counts to verify accuracy.
- Identifying and reporting discrepancies or shortages.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Ensuring the storage area is clean, organized, and safe, following established safety protocols.
- Properly storing materials to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Rotating stock to ensure "first in, first out" (FIFO) principles are followed.
- **Supporting Operations**:

- Assisting with the movement of materials within the storage area and production facilities.
- Preparing materials for production or shipment.
- Assisting with other duties as assigned, such as packing and shipping.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Preparing reports on stock levels and consumption patterns.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Good knowlidge of MS EXCEL with formula.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving materials.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Ability to operate hand-held scanners or other inventory management tools.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,429.49 - ₹13,000.00 per month
