Job Role : Aari Embroidery - Trainer

Qualification : HSC / Any Degree

Experience : Min 2 Years to Max 4 Years

Salary : As Per Market Standards

Location : Podanur Coimbatore

Linguistic Abilities : Tamil & English

Ø Demonstrate different stitching techniques, such as Filling Stitches, Zari thread work, French Knot, Honey Comb, Stitches with mirrors, beads, Full and Half tubes, Patch Work, cut work, Rope Work, etc.

Ø Plan and develop curriculum and lesson plans for embroidery training programs.

Ø Instruct trainees on various types of embroidery stitches, patterns, and designs.

Ø Demonstrate proper handling and usage of embroidery tools, such as needles, hoops, and threads

Ø Assist trainees in selecting appropriate materials, fabrics, and threads for their embroidery projects

Ø Stay updated on current trends and advancements in embroidery techniques and share relevant information with trainees

Ø Maintain records of trainees' attendance, performance, and completed projects

Ø Address trainees' questions, concerns, or challenges related to embroidery techniques or projects

Ø Proven experience and expertise in embroidery, including various stitching techniques, fabric selection, and project execution

Ø Creativity and a passion for embroidery, with the ability to inspire and motivate trainees

Ø Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring individuals in embroidery or related crafts will be an added advantage
