**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Tailor Assistant** to support our lead fashion designer in creating detailed **Aari embroidery designs** and **custom gowns**. You’ll assist in fittings, design execution, and detailed handwork.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in stitching custom gowns, lehengas, and blouses as per design sketches.
- Support with Aari embroidery preparation, tracing designs, and handling embroidery materials.
- Take accurate measurements and support client fittings and alterations.
- Coordinate fabric selection, thread, and embellishment materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with high attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with the head designer and team to meet customer expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Basic tailoring knowledge and handwork skills required.
- Experience or interest in **Aari embroidery and bridal wear** is preferred.
- Ability to work with delicate fabrics and detailed patterns.
- Good teamwork and willingness to learn and grow.
- Patience, precision, and a passion for fashion design.
