Diagnosing the cause of malfunction or failure of process analyzers and performing the necessary preventative or corrective maintenance.
- Interfacing with site operators, engineers and maintenance personnel.
- Testing valves and regulators for leaks and accurate temperature and pressure settings using precision testing equipment.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing existing equipment.
- Participate, support, and maintain compliance to the company’s Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, 5S program, policies, procedures, safety programs, and activities as defined within the company’s published management system documentation.
- A good foundation in basic mechanical and shop skills such as general maintenance, HVAC, lighting, plumbing
