Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales & Promotion**: Actively engage customers to promote and sell our sweets, ensuring all product offerings are well-presented.
- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting them in selecting products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our sweets, including ingredients, flavors, and special dietary options, to effectively communicate with customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- **Sales Goals**: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, contributing to overall team performance.
- **Order Processing**: Handle transactions accurately, including cash and credit card processing, and maintain a balanced cash register.
- **Cleanliness & Maintenance**: Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the food or sweets industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
