We masterfully represent clients before varied legal offices including Patent Office, Registry, Courts and other legal bodies.
POST: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling basic accounting/bookkeeping tasks including preparing invoices and interacting with clients for payment-related follow-ups.
- Calendar Management including scheduling meetings/appointments/interviews
- Arranging meetings, making minutes, circulation and follow up actions.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare executive documents.
- Managing client relations
- Servicing & supporting day-to-day operational work & administrative tasks of the executive.
- Should have excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Should have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PPT), with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.
- Should be a diligent multi-tasker.
- Should be articulate and eloquent.
- Should possess good research skills.

Location: Noida
Remuneration: As per industry standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,065.20 per month
