- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide product/service details.
- Maintain customer database with accurate information.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales or appointments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Report daily call activities and outcomes to management.
- Meet and exceed assigned targets for calls, leads, or sales.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in **Hindi and English** (additional languages a plus).
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office / data entry**.
- Prior experience in **telecalling, customer support, or sales** preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to remain calm and polite with customers.
