Hashtechy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our dynamic team. As an SEO Executive, you will play a key role in optimizing our website's visibility in organic search results and driving targeted traffic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Assist in technical SEO audits and resolve identified issues.
- Contribute to the development and execution of link-building strategies.
- Implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, URL structuring, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Oversee off-page SEO efforts, including link-building, guest posting, and directory submissions.
- Monitor website performance and traffic through SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure adherence to SEO best practices.
- Prepare and deliver detailed SEO performance reports to key stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1 to 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
