**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Page SEO**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for target keywords.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords.
- Improve site structure, internal linking, and user experience.
- Ensure website content is aligned with SEO best practices.
- Handle multiple websites in an agency environment
- **Off-Page SEO**:

- Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.
- Perform outreach for guest posting opportunities and manage relationships with bloggers and influencers.
- Create and manage high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' backlink strategies.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Conduct regular website audits to identify and rectify technical issues.
- Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
- Implement schema markup and other advanced SEO techniques.
- Ensure proper indexing and ranking by search engines.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and other content.
- Identify and target long-tail keywords for content creation.
- Optimize existing content to improve search engine rankings.
- **Google Ads**:

- Assist in planning and executing Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Use keyword research to inform both SEO and PPC strategies.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor website traffic, rankings, and other key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- 1.5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving website rankings and traffic.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
- Experience with keyword research tools and SEO software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Familiarity with blogging, guest posting, and content marketing strategies.
- Understanding of Google Ads and experience in managing PPC campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience of working in an agency is an added advantage.
