Junior Project Coordinator

**Working Hours: 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM (US Timings)**

**Work Days: Monday - Friday**

**On-Site Position - Andheri East**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Brief clients, franchises, contractors, and vendors regarding product specifications and execution details.

**Design and Documentation**:

- Understand client designs/drawings and generate design artwork and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using software such as Corel Draw, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD for client approval.
- Prepare quotations and estimates based on client requirements.

**Project Planning and Execution**:

- Plan and execute projects within the given timelines according to client requirements.
- Align vendors for the fabrication of ACP façade, installation of signage, internal branding, visual merchandising, printing solutions, and props.

**Production and Delivery Coordination**:

- Work with the production team and clients to ensure the delivery of the required signage/product as per the finalized design, making it practically installable and maintenance friendly.

**Procurement and Logistics**:

- Coordinate with purchase departments and local vendors to ensure material availability at low cost, good quality, and adequate warranty/service.
- Collaborate with the logistics team for packing, dispatching, and proper delivery of materials.

**Execution and Follow-up**:

- Align vendors once material reaches the site and provide continuous follow-up, updating clients throughout the entire execution process.
- Generate invoices from the accounts team based on Purchase Orders (PO) and bill bookings, and share completion reports with clients.
- Follow up with the client's commercial team for PO generation and outstanding payments.

**Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**:

- Prepare and implement SOPs for design, operations, production, packing, and dispatch departments to ensure smooth workflow and improve product quality.
- Manage vendors and maintain SOPs for collaborative working.

**Team Building and Training**:

- Build and train new colleagues for project understanding and handholding.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain proper data trackers for each client, including sales, revenue, maintenance, in-house ready stock data, payment collection, advance, and outstanding payments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the signage or related industry, is an advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same industry.
- Proficiency in Corel Draw, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Excellent communication in English**, and time management skills, with adaptability to fast-paced environments and strong ethical conduct

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
