**Job description**

We at Arete Securities are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Fixed Income Broking Team.

**Location: Mumbai (On-site)**

**Responsibilities**
- Execute end-to-end corporate bonds and money-market trades
- Maintain relationship with existing clients and develop new relationships to generate new business
- Liaise with clients to identify their requirements and provide guidance on the available assets on the basis of this requirement
- Effectively communicate your clients’ requirement to the entire team, generate relevant prices and drive the deal towards conclusion
- Stay abreast with the latest development in the market, both domestic and overseas
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to the debt capital market and any changes made by the regulators

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree + MBA /CFA / CA degree would be an added advantage though not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Working knowledge of the Indian Debt Capital Markets
- Sound understanding of financial markets and fundamentals of economics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Strong relationship and people management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite

A self-starter, with willingness to take initiative and responsibility

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
