**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize a variety of instructional methods and resources, including technology, to enhance student learning and participation.
- **Assessment**:

- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work, helping them to improve their skills and understanding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance, attendance, and progress.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development and refinement of the English curriculum to ensure it is comprehensive, relevant, and aligned with educational standards.
- Adapt instructional materials and methods to address the varying needs and abilities of students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning and student engagement.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide additional support and resources to students who may need extra help or have specific learning needs.
- Encourage and motivate students to develop their skills in English and appreciate literature and language.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, academic performance, and any concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events to discuss students’ achievements and areas for improvement.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in English education, literature, and language teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies and insights for enhancing the English curriculum and teaching practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Master’s degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field is also required.
- **Certification**:

- Valid teaching certification or license for English at the senior secondary level (specific to the region or country).
- **Experience**:

- Previous teaching experience in English at the senior secondary level is preferred.
- Experience in literature, composition, and language instruction.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students through effective teaching and classroom activities.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
- **Knowledge**:

- In-depth understanding of English literature, language, and composition.
- Familiarity with current educational standards, assessment methods, and best practices in teaching English.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
