
Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination**:
- Act as a central point of contact for all project-related activities and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders.
- Coordinate with **ground teams** to collect and verify field data related to drilling progress, geological formations, and site conditions.
- Liaise with NABL-accredited laboratories for sample collection, testing, and timely report submission.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards by coordinating effectively across departments.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain and organize project data, including drilling logs, geological reports, site observations, and test results.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Work closely with **BDR teams** to finalize project reports in alignment with client and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing project progress reports, technical documentation, and compliance-related submissions.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely submission of required deliverables.
- **Communication & Stakeholder Coordination**:
- Serve as a liaison between clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Address queries, follow up on pending tasks, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure all project-related communications are documented and shared with relevant stakeholders.
- **Operational Support**:
- Support ground teams with logístical coordination, procurement of materials, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain project efficiency.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Project Management/Geology or a related field.
- **2-5 years** of experience in project coordination, preferably in groundwater drilling or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of drilling processes, hydrogeological studies, and NABL testing procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
