Job Roles:
A: Frontdesk:
1) Attending incoming and outgoing calls, guiding them to proper department or to the concerned person.
2) Attending direct customers & visitors.
3) Ensuring effective and efficient internal and external communication systems.
4) Maintaining courier register, with in & out courier record and checking it before final dispatch.
5) Maintaining Cheque inward register, with proper and correct entries of incoming Cheque along with accurate Cheque numbers.
6) Maintaining daily employee outward register.
B. Administration:
1) Maintaining stationary record of required for official purpose, including letter heads.
2) Ensuring proper and clean of office. Monitoring the work of all housekeeping staff.
3) Arranging various meetings. Maintaining and Ensure get paid on the time that the utility bills of office
4) Traveling arrangements for staff including travel tickets and hotel booking.
5) Work station arrangement for new employees.
C. Human Resources:
1) Maintain employee Attendance of all branches
2) Need to work on End to End Recruitment, Performance appraisal, HR functions and Roles
3) Able to maintain office staff file and document properly.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
