- **JOB PURPOSE -**

A] Acts as an SME and responsible for Solution development and delivery of Business and IT capabilities and maintenance of the following revenue management IT Applications:
1.] Amdocs Enterprise Product catalogue

2.] Amdocs Rating Logic Configurator to define different rating models.

3.] Amdocs rating for determining cost of service for various events Ex
- Voice, data and content)

4.] Amdocs ABMG (Amdocs Billing Mediation Gateway) for Guiding Events involving enrichment, filtration, aggregations etc.

5.] Amdocs APRM for in roamer and out roamer Rating.

6]. Amdocs ARCM (Roaming Clearing Manager) for handling and validation of TAP Roaming data exchanged between operators

4] NRTDE - Near Real Time Data Exchange Management.

5] ICR[Intra/Inter] Circle Roaming Settlement Between Operators

6] MDM - Master Data Management Application.

7] Interconnect Billing Applications which primarily enables Billing and Invoice settlement of Voice/SMS traffic IUC charges

B] Responsible includes coordination with business and IT partners, effort estimation reviews & sign-offs, Build & Release planning, ensure scope compliance to business, Audit, Security as well as regulation & provide guidance to partners accordingly.

**Key responsibility includes**
- As a Subject matter expert provide knowledge and expertise in telecom postpaid Billing Domain and Application area.
- Support Internal cross functional technology teams for requirement feasibility, reviews, solution design support and integration,
- Delivery performance monitoring including review, coordination and communication with business stakeholders and IT partners.

**Core Competancies**
- Hands on Experience in the Amdocs COTS products - EPC, RLC, APRM, ARCM, ABMG, Telco Retail and Interconnect Billing for 3-5 years. Total Experience 5-8 years.
- Understanding of telecom business processes and solution mapping of the same across BSS, OSS and Enterprise landscape, migration experience of Billing Platform (Mobility/Enterprise) preferred.
- Experience and understanding of Agile, Water-Fall methods and SDLC process for Projects & program management. Certifications PMP/TOGAF/Prince 2/CSM/Oracle 11C preferred.
- Experience in E2E project Management/CR delivery following water fall and agile methodology and SDLC processes.

**Technical / professional qualifications**
- BSC/BE/MCA graduate with experience in IT telecom BSS Applications
- Good stakeholder-management skills to interface with business users
- Effective communication and inter-personal skills
- Proactive in approach with positive attitude
