**AVP, MARKETING**

**What we're looking for**

CoinFantasy is looking for a Marketing Leader who has experience in crafting strategies for all Marketing activities and ensuring their timely execution. Holding a highly strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy including segmentation, positioning, messaging, demand generation, digital marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing and customer/partner marketing.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a cohesive brand & marketing strategy to increase awareness & interest generation
- Achieve the KPIs and objectives for the business by driving various initiatives to work towards delivering results
- Develop high-performing funnel and funnel management
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
- Design and review the Marketing department’s budget
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team and forecast hiring needs
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
- Understand & leverage data, a strong bias towards execution at speed and strong collaboration skills to work with different teams and achieve desired results
- Overseas and monitor the effective use of our CMR/Marketing Automation tool and processes
- Help create a fun, high-energy work environment
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies

**What we expect**
- 5+ years of experience in the marketing domain preferably fast growing Startups.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of digital channels, content/social marketing, SEO, web analytics and Google AdWords, influencer marketing & affiliate marketing
- Strong quantitative mindset & data driven approach to marketing
- Handled large scale monthly digital marketing budgets
- Understanding of the crypto marketing & DeFi ecosystem will be an added advantage
- Passionate, Self-driven and ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Excellent communications & presentation skills
- Open to working on-site from our Chennai office (We want to work alongside you)

Coinfantasy aims to gamify financial markets through its multiple categories of games, thus acting as a Layer 2 platform on top of the primary markets. It features a portfolio management-based fantasy trading game in which anybody can build a lineup of crypto & outsmart their opponents to win rewards.
