The Office Boy at ARCEDO SYSTEMS will play a vital role in maintaining office hygiene, supporting daily office operations, and assisting staff and visitors as needed. This role requires someone responsible, punctual, and capable of efficiently managing a variety of clerical and support tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Cleanliness and Maintenance**:

- Ensure the cleanliness of office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Regularly replenish pantry supplies and ensure that the space is well-organized and sanitized.
- **Staff and Visitor Support**:

- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Set up and organize meeting rooms for staff gatherings or client meetings as needed.
- Perform office-related errands like delivering files, documents, and materials to different departments or external locations as instructed.
- **Basic Administrative Assistance**:

- Support with minor office tasks, including photocopying, filing, and basic data entry when required.
- Assist in receiving and dispatching documents and packages, coordinating with courier services and ensuring timely delivery.
- **Supply Management**:

- Monitor office supplies and pantry inventory, notifying the supervisor when items need replenishment.
- Manage organization and stocking of office stationery, refreshments, and other necessary items.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of office etiquette and operations.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Polite and helpful attitude, especially when interacting with visitors.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete tasks promptly.
- Basic communication skills in [Language as per office requirements].

**Physical Requirements**:

- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods.
- Capable of handling lightweight to moderate lifting for tasks such as carrying files or supplies.
