**Responsibilities**:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including work areas, pantry, and restrooms.
Perform general office errands such as delivering documents, packages, and other items to various departments within the organization or external partners.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings, including arranging chairs, tables, and necessary equipment.
Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
Assist in basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Help in organizing and storing office supplies and equipment.
Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials according to company policies.
Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an Office Boy or similar role is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and appliances.
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Must be honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
