**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Use play-based learning techniques to teach basic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, and shapes.
- Incorporate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and creative growth.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Set clear rules and routines to promote positive behavior and cooperation among students.
- Monitor children’s activities to ensure safety and wellbeing.
- **Child Development**:

- Observe and assess children’s progress in areas such as communication, motor skills, and social interactions.
- Identify any developmental delays or behavioral concerns and communicate these with parents/guardians.
- Foster the emotional growth of children by teaching conflict resolution and encouraging self-expression.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians to discuss their child’s progress and milestones.
- Prepare progress reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff members to support students effectively.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events as required.
- **Compliance**:

- Follow all state regulations and school policies regarding child safety, hygiene, and education standards.
- Maintain accurate attendance and health records for each child.
