**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **University Collaborations**: Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with universities for various initiatives, including student engagement programs, research collaborations, and internship opportunities.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and participate in meetings with university representatives and internal teams to discuss potential collaborations and strategic initiatives.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with university stakeholders, including faculty, administration, and student representatives.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility within the academic sector.
- **Event Management**: Organize university visits, workshops, and career fairs to promote our organization’s presence in academic circles.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Monitor collaboration outcomes, gather feedback, and provide regular reports on university engagement efforts.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Work closely with internal teams such as HR, Business Development, and Operations to align university partnerships with organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnership management, or university relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for university meetings and events as required.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and excellent at relationship-building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in academic partnerships, corporate-university engagement, or the education sector.
- Familiarity with university structures and decision-making processes.
- Prior experience in event planning and marketing campaigns related to higher education.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
