**Main Responsibilities of a Graphic Designer**:

- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Participate in the creative process by proposing concepts and creative storyboards
- Work with the Creative Director, Lead Artist, and Developers
- Meet deadlines and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Meet quality and accuracy standards as required
- Ability to work under pressure; resolves operational and urgent problems.
- Perform any other responsibility and/or task related to the position.
- Your main role as a Graphic Designer will be to design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazines covers, advertisements, and other communication materials.
- You will create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs, such as Adobe’s Creative suite
- including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and more.
- You will at times also be required to meet with the clients to gain an understanding of what they have proposed.
- You will also create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
- You will produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received. Review final productions for errors and ensure the final prints reflect client specifications.
- Needs to have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Needs to have a strong portfolio of sample projects
- Needs to have a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Great understanding and use of composition and colour theory, good knowledge of graphic/visual/stylistic trends in films and games
- Versatile and prepared to learn new skill sets and tackle different tasks
- Good time-management skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to adapt
