**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Communication Management**:

- Receive and process incoming requests for services or deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, field staff, and other departments to relay instructions and updates.
- Address and resolve inquiries or issues from clients, staff, or drivers promptly.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Assist in creating and managing daily schedules for dispatch operations.
- Monitor the status of ongoing dispatches and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods or personnel.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, including delivery times, destinations, and any issues encountered.
- Prepare and submit reports on dispatch activities and performance metrics.
- Update and manage databases related to dispatch operations.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in the management of dispatch software and tools.
- Coordinate with maintenance or repair teams for vehicle or equipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address any logístical or operational issues that arise during dispatch.
- Implement contingency plans in case of delays or emergencies.
- Communicate any problems or delays to relevant stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
