**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions. Your expertise in user-centred design principles and proficiency in industry-standard design tools will contribute to delivering exceptional digital experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and project goals.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Design and optimize user interactions and workflows, ensuring a seamless and intuitive navigation throughout the digital product.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility and implementation of design concepts, providing necessary design assets and specifications.
- Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in design processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design, and incorporate them into design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide design guidance, conduct design reviews, and promote a user-centred design culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven 2 years of minimum experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centred design principles, and a variety of digital design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, usability principles, and information architecture.
- Experience conducting user research activities, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and translating findings into design solutions.
- Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles, with the ability to create designs that are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts, give and receive feedback, and work in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
