New York Chicken is looking for a Counter Staff to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers and assisting them in pickling up their order
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Answering phones and managing all carry-out orders
- This position is relied upon to maintain a calm and positive attitude while also being diligent on expediting orders
- Checking to ensure each order is prepared to the guest specifications

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask is essential

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads who have expressed interest in our franchise opportunity.
- Qualify and engage with leads by understanding their requirements, concerns, and potential fit for the franchise.
- Provide detailed information about the franchise model, investment, benefits, and business processes.
- Address lead inquiries and objections, guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Convert warm leads into confirmed franchisees by effectively communicating the advantages of joining the franchise network..
- Follow up with leads at different stages and ensuring timely communication.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly conversion targets.
- Build rapport and trust with leads, establishing long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the company’s franchise offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales/telemarketing role (preferably in franchising).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage, persuade, and close leads effectively.
- Target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple languages
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
