_**Position: Sales Staff**_
- **Location: Trichur ( Chalakkudy, Irinjalakuda, Mannuthy)**_

**Sales staff at the ice cream outlet are responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop. The role includes serving customers, assisting with stock management, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all customers.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **1. Customer Service**:_

Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection.

Ensure prompt and efficient service to all customers.
- **2. Sales and Transactions**:_

Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit/debit card transactions.

Maintain accurate sales records and handle receipts.

Ensure timely and correct billing.
- **3. Product Management**:_

Assist in inventory checks and restocking supplies.

Monitor product quality and freshness.
- **4. Cleanliness and Maintenance**:_

Ensure the outlet is clean, tidy, and organized.

Clean tables and counters after every customer use.

Dispose of waste and perform general housekeeping tasks.
- **5. Teamwork**:_

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth outlet operations.

Communicate with management about stock needs, equipment issues, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Working Hours: 10.30 hrs

**Salary**: 16000/ 14000+ Accommodation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
