Cleaning and Maintenance:
General Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming and maintaining the cleanliness of office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Kitchen/Pantry: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry or kitchen, including cleaning utensils, serving dishes, and replenishing supplies.
Serving Refreshments:
Preparing and serving tea, coffee, or other refreshments to staff and visitors.
Running Errands:
Assisting with errands such as photocopying, printing, and scanning documents, or making deliveries.
Document Handling:
Filing documents, keeping records, and assisting with basic administrative tasks.
III. Office Support:
Supplies and Equipment:
Replenishing office supplies, monitoring the use of equipment, and assisting with maintenance.
Communication:
Answering phones, taking messages, and relaying information to the appropriate parties.
Meeting Room Preparation:
Assisting with setting up meeting rooms, arranging furniture, and providing refreshments.
IV. Other Responsibilities:
Maintaining a Neat Office: Ensuring the office is tidy and well-organized.
Following Instructions: Adhering to instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors or managers.
Other Tasks: Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Key Skills and Qualities:
Attention to Detail: Observing and addressing any issues with the office's cleanliness or organization.
Physical Stamina: Being able to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, moving furniture, and carrying supplies.
Reliability and Responsibility: Being punctual, dependable, and taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with colleagues and visitors.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other office staff to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
