**Core Responsibilities**
- Define target audiences and create content strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.
- Organize webinars, podcasts, and other virtual events to engage audiences and establish thought leadership.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and overall online presence to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Create and curate compelling content, including posts, videos, blogs, and infographics, to engage and inform audiences.
- Monitor social media trends, track user feedback, and analyze engagement metrics to adjust strategies and improve performance.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand brand visibility and reach.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling, audience-focused content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess campaign performance and refine strategies.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint certifications are highly desirable.
