- What role will you play?In this role, you will be responsible for regular reporting tasks that serve as Management Information Systems (MIS) for senior management, facilitating decision-making and the control and management of key credit tasks. You will create the necessary data models and design solutions as reports, dashboards, or on-system solutions. Additionally, you will automate and enhance existing reporting and analytics processes using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, VBA, and our enterprise Data Lake.
- What you offer- Minimum bachelor's degree qualification with strong academic performance; an MBA or certification in finance or risk management is desirable but not mandatory.
- 0-2 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the data/reporting stream.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a must) and preferably a basic understanding of VBA/SQL. Familiarity with various upstream and downstream data processes, data storage solutions, and sources, as well as systems and tools.
- Experience with ETL tools such as SAS and Alteryx is desirable but not mandatory.
- A solution-oriented approach to understanding stakeholders' business needs, translating them into data and analytics requirements, and designing the necessary solutions with a problem-solving mindset. Willingness to own issues, delve deep into data problems to identify root causes, and take ownership to coordinate resolutions.
