Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with 4-7 years of expertise in Credit Risk Modeling & Financial Risk Analytics to join our Housing Finance Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement credit risk models (scorecards, regression, decision trees, GBM, and other ML techniques) to support credit decision-making and portfolio risk management.- Conduct statistical analysis and build predictive models to assess borrower creditworthiness and minimize risk exposure.- Work closely with risk, finance, and business teams to provide data-driven insights for policy formulation and lending strategies.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in credit scoring and risk Skills :- Proven experience in Credit Risk Modeling & Financial Risk Analytics (mandatory please highlight in your profile).- Hands-on expertise in Python/R, SQL, and statistical modeling.- Strong understanding of credit scoring frameworks and risk management practices.- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or housing finance : Gurgaon (Onsite/Hybrid : 4+ years (ref:hirist.tech)
