Intern- Industrial/ Organization Psychologist

We are looking for intern for our I/O Psychologist position. The job roles would be as follows:

- Performing interactions (under supervision) with employees to understand their work
- life dynamics, issues faced in the current work environment, job roles and responsibilities
- Conducting training sessions (under supervision) with employees on topics related to mental health
- Implementing psychometric tests to assess skills, abilities and interests of employees
- Supervised remote interactions with drivers and workmen to understand their concerns, and being involved in processed to improve work dynamics

**A degree in Industrial/ Organization Pscyhology is mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: From ₹10,500.00 per month
