**Position Overview**:
The CFO will be responsible for the financial strategy, management, and control of the company. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in managing financial risks while ensuring compliance with Indian financial regulations. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

Qualifications & Experience:
CA/CPA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Oversee long-term financial planning and risk management.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee internal and external audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Lead the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts, and financial performance monitoring.
- Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions to meet business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve financial efficiency across operations.
- Implement cost control measures, driving process improvements and resource optimization.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
