Transit Mixer Operator

**Responsibilities**
- Operate transit mixer trucks to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safe and operational readiness.
- Communicate effectively with construction supervisors to coordinate delivery schedules and project requirements.
- Ensure the proper mixing and consistency of concrete prior to delivery, adjusting as needed based on site specifications.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Monitor concrete levels in the mixer and communicate with site personnel regarding the amount required for each job.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including times, locations, and any issues encountered during the delivery process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Transit Mixer Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of concrete mixing processes and related equipment.
- Ability to perform vehicle maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by project schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
