**1. Pre-Examination Duties**
- **Preparation of Exam Hall**: Ensure the exam hall is set up correctly, with adequate spacing between desks and seating arrangements as per regulations.
- **Material Verification**: Collect and verify examination materials, such as question papers, answer booklets, and stationery.
- **Attendance Sheets**: Ensure attendance sheets and other required documents are ready for distribution.

**2. During Examination Duties**
- **Prevent Malpractice**: Be vigilant in detecting and preventing cheating, plagiarism, or any unfair practices.
- **Time Management**: Announce the start time, periodic reminders, and end time of the examination.
- **Emergency Handling**: Manage emergencies such as health issues, power failures, or unexpected disruptions.

**3. Post-Examination Duties**
- **Collect Exam Papers**: Ensure all answer booklets are collected, sorted, and counted accurately.
- **Seal Exam Materials**: Securely seal and label answer scripts before handing them over to the examination office.
- **Incident Reporting**: Report any incidents of malpractice, disruptions, or irregularities during the exam.
- **Submit Documents**: Submit attendance sheets, unused papers, and other relevant documents to the examination office.

**4. General Responsibilities**
- **Professional Conduct**: Maintain impartiality and professionalism throughout the process.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow institutional policies and examination guidelines strictly.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate effectively with invigilators, examination coordinators, and other staff members.

**5. Skills and Qualities Required**:

- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Fair and unbiased judgment.
- Organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 per week
