Store Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage and train store staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Implement promotional campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education: 12th pass.
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Experience**:
Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in HR Supervision

(preferred but not required).

Basic knowledge in project management software such as Excel, Sap, or

similar tools.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
