Driver/operator

Roles and Responsibilities of Driver cum Pump Operator (DCPO):

- Drive and operate firefighting or utility vehicles equipped with pumps.
- Manage pump controls, water pressure, and equipment during emergency or routine operations.
- Safely transport crew members, equipment, and tools to and from sites.
- Navigate routes efficiently and adhere to traffic and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre
- and post-operation checks on vehicles and pump systems.
- Report mechanical issues and coordinate timely servicing and repairs.
- Follow safety procedures during vehicle and pump operation.
- Ensure use of PPE and compliance with site and operational safety standards.
- Keep the vehicle, pump, and associated tools clean and ready for immediate use.
- Secure equipment after use and ensure it’s stored properly.
- Assist team in setting up pumps, hoses, and other firefighting or industrial equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on site.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: ₹24,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Heavy Vehicle Driver: 3 years (preferred)
